Gelo Tortoise Green

Gelo Tortoise Green sets see-through green lenses against a tortoise front. The green is transparent, so the eye stays visible behind a lens that runs 47 mm deep.

The front is Mazzucchelli acetate from Italy and the hinges are German OBE. The CR39 lenses block 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Designed in Stockholm.

Oversized fit, 55 mm lens width. Comes with a faux-leather case and a carton box.

Are the lenses polarised?
No. Gelo has translucent green CR39 lenses with UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

Which face shapes does Gelo suit?
Oversized is our largest fit, so Gelo needs a medium to larger face to sit correctly. The crossbar draws a horizontal line across the front, which shortens the look of a longer face.

Can the fit be adjusted?
Yes. Warm the temples in warm water for 10-20 seconds, bend them gently inwards or outwards, and let them cool to hold the new shape.
