INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the web site www.corlineyewear.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Corlin Eyewear AB, Box 92138 C/O Win Win Ekonomi Ab, 120 08 STOCKHOLM (hereinafter “Corlin Eyewear” or “we”).

By making a purchase and using this website, you agree to the following terms. We therefore ask you to read carefully the terms and conditions before using our site.

CONFIRMATION

Once we have received an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when making an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. Confirmation also represents your receipt of the purchase.

PAYMENT

You can choose to with credit card or through the Paypal service. When paying by credit card, Stripe, Inc is responsible for all our bank transactions. Corlin Eyewear does not handle any bank or credit card numbers. In certain countries in Europe you are also allowed to pay through Klarna.

PAYMENT WITH CREDITCARD

Pay securely with Visa, Amex or MasterCard. Your payment is handled by Stripe, inc. with secure encryption and strict bank standard. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and can not be read or downloaded by anyone other than your bank. Corlin Eyewear does not charge any additional fees for card payments. On the other hand, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on the card type and bank. When paying by credit or debit card, the terms start as soon as the card transaction has been approved. In the event that no payment has been received after you have placed your order, the order can be automatically canceled by Corlin Eyewear AB.

PRICES

All prices shown on the Corlin Eyewear website (corlineyewear.com) are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable law. Please note that if an order is shipped to a non-EU country, any import duties and taxes may be charged, which will be charged when shipment reaches your shipping address. You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Corlin Eyewear has no control over these charges, and since these charges are different for different countries, Corlin Eyewear can not predict their size. Corlin Eyewear recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

Corlin Eyewear may offer promotions on the Website that have more favorable terms than what is stated in these Terms, e.g. discounts or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable terms apply as long as the promotion is active for the specific items listed. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific products on the Website are valid for a limited time.

After a purchase on the Website has been made, Corlin Eyewear will not make any adjustments to the amount you paid, unless you have received the wrong price due to technical problems / errors on the Website.

For promotions such as "buy one get one free", you must always make send back all the products for a refund, which means that you return all products received during the promotion. If you have participated in a promotion where you received a discount on your purchase because the total amount exceeded a certain amount, your refund will be adjusted according to the terms that applied to the promotion that was the subject of your purchase. Corlin Eyewear’s discount codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts or offers on the Website unless otherwise stated.

ORDERS

Orders can only be made by persons 18 years of age or older who are not under guardianship.

Orders made in someone else’s name without their consent will be notified to the police. The same applies to any orders where Corlin Eyewear suspects crimes.

Corlin Eyewear reserves the right to change or correct prices for orders received. If a given price for a product is clearly incorrect, Corlin Eyewear can cancel the purchase and if the customer has paid for the product, Corlin Eyewear will refund the money to the customer.

when you place an order with Corlin Eyewear, you also give us permission to send out newsletters to you as a customer. You can easily unsubscribe from our newsletter at the bottom of all newsletters we send or by emailing us at [email protected]

RETURNS

Private individuals are entitled to return an order within 30 days of receiving it. This right, however, is subject to the condition that the product and its packaging are in the unaltered condition. If a customer makes use of his / her right to return a product, please contact Corlin Eyewear to get an address to send the item. Costs to return products are paid by the customer. If a shipment is damaged during shipment to the customer, Corlin Eyewear shall be contacted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

GUARANTEE

Warranty for the purchase of Sunglasses is one year from date of purchase. The warranty covers only manufacturing errors on Sunglasses. Please contact us by email [email protected]. In your email, you need to specify your name, your address, order number and a detailed description of the current question. Enter “Return of Purchase” as subject heading in your email.

Please note that Corlin Eyewear will charge a refund / return fee in the following cases

– Error or damage caused by inappropriate use or negligence (damage to the product, broken product, broken glass, etc.)

– Error or damage caused by fire, water or a natural disaster

– Natural aesthetic changes that arise from normal use or aging (minor scratches etc)

– If the warranty does not appear to the product where and when the product has been purchased or if this information has been changed on the warranty.

The warranty gives you the right to receive free repairs / returns in accordance with the terms and conditions stated below and within the warranty period. The warranty does not limit any legal rights that apply to you as a customer.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Corlin Eyewear has the right to change prices, charge extra costs and change product information without prior notice. Product images and other information aim to reflect the product as much as possible. However, we reserve for any errors that may occur on the webpage and can not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the correct look of the sunglasses. The images should be seen as illustrations only. Image quality may also vary depending on the color settings you have on your computer/phone.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY

Corlin Eyewear delivers its products all over the world. Deliveries are made in cooperation with a Swedish company called Postnord and its partners in other countries. Deliveries can also be made in cooperation with DHL/Deutsche Post/UPS and FEDEX. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

It is important that you as a customer carefully examine the item when you receive it. If your product has been damaged during transport, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. Wrong products returned to Corlin Eyewear should still be treated with care by the customer and as if they were free of defects. Whatever the reason for return, it is very important that the product is packaged so that it can not be damaged during transport. If a product is to be replaced, this is done against a product of the corresponding model. If a particular product is no longer available, the customer is entitled to repayment instead. RESPONSIBILITY

Corlin Eyewear’s liability for defects in connection with delivery is limited in accordance with the applicable delivery terms for the current delivery and what follows from these terms and conditions.

Our liability to you for any losses or damages arising from your order at www.corlineyewear.com is limited to the total amount of your order. Corlin Eyewear has no liability for indirect losses.

FORCE MAJEURE

Corlin Eyewear shall be exempt from liability and other penalties caused by circumstances beyond the Corlin Eyewear’s control. Such circumstances include government intervention, new / amended legislation, pandemic, war, fires, floods, work interruptions, prohibitions, restrictions, tampering, bad transport and weather conditions, non-delivery from suppliers or that Corlin Eyewear or its partners would be exposed to criminal activity.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Our webpage may include user-generated content from, for example, social media. Corlin Eyewear accepts no legal responsibility for such material. In case you suspect a copyright infringement, or infringement of any other law, or for any reason, you may be offended by content posted on the web site, please contact our support.

OWNERSHIP

All products remain Corlin Eyewear’s property until full payment is paid.

FRAUD

All fraud cases are reported to the police. Corlin Eyewear reserves the right to cancel a purchase in case of suspicion of a crime.

Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions and your use of this website. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of these Terms or Use of the Website, except in cases where Corlin Eyewear decides to take legal action against a customer / user in which it is domiciled .

Corlin Eyewear reserves the right to terminate your account and / or your use of the Website at its sole discretion. For example, if Corlin Eyewear suspects you have violated these terms and conditions. Such termination may be made without prior notice.
