We’ll notify you by email as soon as your return has been processed and your refund issued. Depending on order volume, the return process usually takes 1–3 weeks from the time you send your package back. For more details on returns, please see our FAQ.
Sweden
How to Make a Return
- Register your return through our return portal below.
- Once your return is registered, you will receive an email with a return label or QR code, along with instructions on how to send your order back to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging before shipping it back.
Return Costs
- Exchanges are free of charge.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- For returns within Sweden, a 60 SEK return fee will be deducted from your refund.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the product and its packaging remain in their original condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
Customized or specially adapted products
Products that have been personalized or specially made for you (including prescription lenses or other made-to-order adjustments) cannot be returned, unless they are defective or were not delivered as agreed.

How to Make a Return
- Download and fill in the return label below with your name and order number.
- Pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging.
- Place the return label inside the package and seal it securely.
- Send your package back to our address via your local post office.

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the full return shipping cost when returning items from outside the EU. Corlin Eyewear is not responsible for any costs incurred from returns from non-EU countries.
When sending your return, please declare the package as a return at the post office. We do not pick up returns that require payment of customs duties, taxes, or additional fees upon delivery.
