Alex Black Black

Alex Black Black is the plainest of the six: black acetate, black lenses, thin rims, and a squared front with nothing to distract from the shape.

Mazzucchelli acetate from Italy, German OBE hinges, and CR39 lenses with UV400 protection against 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Designed in Stockholm.

The lens measures 54 mm across and 41 mm deep, in our standard medium fit. A faux-leather case and a carton box are included.

Are the lenses polarised?
No. Alex has black-tinted CR39 lenses with UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

Which face shapes does Alex suit?
Medium is our standard fit, so Alex works on most faces. The squared front adds definition, which reads well on round and oval profiles.

Can the fit be adjusted?
Yes. Warm the temples in warm water for 10-20 seconds, bend them gently inwards or outwards, and let them cool to hold the new shape.
