What the lenses do
Every pair in this collection is fitted with a blue light filtering lens as standard, not as an option you add. Corlin's own wording for what that does is the careful one: the lenses are designed to ease digital eye strain and keep your eyes comfortable through long hours in front of a screen.
Clear lenses, and lightly tinted ones
Most of the range is a clear lens, which is what you want at a desk, because it leaves the room looking the way it looks. Several models come instead with a grey or a gradient brown lens, which take the edge off bright daylight and read as sunglasses from the outside. The filter is the same in both, so this is a question of where you wear them rather than of how well they work.
The frames
Acetate through most of the collection, bio-acetate on the Fred and Kim shapes, and a lightweight metal frame on Celia. Several models list German OBE hinges. The shapes are drawn in Stockholm, and every pair arrives with a faux leather case and a box.
