Gelo Tortoise Brown

Gelo Tortoise Brown carries a warm tortoise pattern across the crossbar aviator front, paired with brown lenses. The mottling runs through the acetate, so it falls differently on every pair.

The material is Mazzucchelli acetate from Italy and the hinges are German OBE. The CR39 lenses block 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Designed in Stockholm.

Oversized fit with a 55 mm lens width. A faux-leather case and a carton box are included.

Are the lenses polarised?
No. Gelo has brown-tinted CR39 lenses with UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

Which face shapes does Gelo suit?
Oversized is our largest fit, so Gelo needs a medium to larger face to sit correctly. The crossbar draws a horizontal line across the front, which shortens the look of a longer face.

Can the fit be adjusted?
Yes. Warm the temples in warm water for 10-20 seconds, bend them gently inwards or outwards, and let them cool to hold the new shape.
