Idris Black Black is a round frame with two metal accents set into the front, where the acetate would otherwise run uninterrupted. Black acetate, black lenses.

Mazzucchelli acetate from Italy, German OBE hinges, and CR39 lenses with UV400 protection against 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Designed in Stockholm.

The 45 mm lens and the wide 24 mm bridge are what give Idris its round, spaced proportion. Medium fit. A faux-leather case and a carton box are included.

Are the lenses polarised?
No. Idris has black-tinted CR39 lenses with UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

Which face shapes does Idris suit?
Medium is our standard fit. The round shape softens angular features and reads well on square and heart-shaped profiles. The wide 24 mm bridge helps if narrow frames tend to pinch.

Can the fit be adjusted?
Yes. Warm the temples in warm water for 10-20 seconds, bend them gently inwards or outwards, and let them cool to hold the new shape.
