Sonney Black Black

Sonney Black Black is an aviator cut in acetate rather than metal, with a softly rounded top bar and a lower edge that drops gently away. Black throughout, frame and lenses.

Mazzucchelli acetate from Italy, German OBE hinges, and CR39 lenses with UV400 protection against 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Designed in Stockholm.

The lens is 55 mm wide and 44 mm deep, in our standard medium fit. A faux-leather case and a carton box are included.

Are the lenses polarised?
No. Sonney has black-tinted CR39 lenses with UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

Which face shapes does Sonney suit?
Medium is our standard fit, so Sonney works on most faces. The rounded top bar softens the aviator shape, which reads well on angular features.

Can the fit be adjusted?
Yes. Warm the temples in warm water for 10-20 seconds, bend them gently inwards or outwards, and let them cool to hold the new shape.
