Choosing without knowing their face shape
This is the thing that stops most people buying goggles as a present, and it matters less than it sounds. Both Corlin frames are sold as one size and as unisex, with an adjustable elastic strap, and Corlin publishes no face-width or frame-width figure for either of them. There is no size to get wrong, because there is no size to choose.
What is left is shape and color, which is the part you can judge from knowing the person. Reuben comes in five colors and Claude in three, and the two differ in the shape of the frame rather than in what they do. If you want the safest version of the decision, a black frame suits everyone and everything, and returns stay open for 30 days if the shape turns out not to suit their face.

Why a lens is a safe gift
For someone who already skis in Corlin goggles, a lens is close to the perfect present. They almost certainly own the Category 3 lens that arrives fitted, which is the bright-sun one, and almost certainly do not own the Category 1 that reads flat light and falling snow. That is the lens they will actually put on, and it is 499 SEK rather than the price of a goggle.
One check first, and it is the whole risk in the purchase: the lens has to match the frame family. Reuben lenses fit Reuben frames and Claude lenses fit Claude frames, ten and nine of them respectively, and there is no adapter between the two. The name is on the goggle, so a photograph of it settles the question before you buy. If you cannot check, buy something that does not depend on the answer.

If the present is meant to be the whole thing, the bundles are what to look at. Each one is a Reuben frame with a second lens and a second strap at 2 199 SEK. The same three pieces bought separately come to 2 397 SEK, so the set is the cheaper way round as well as the tidier one to wrap.
All four are built on Reuben, and they differ in what is in them: a brown frame with a forest green lens, a black frame with the clear lens for floodlit evenings, a silver frame with the revo orange, and a second brown with light blue. If you are buying for a first pair

What is in the box
Every pair turns up with the Category 3 lens already in the frame, a faux leather case around it and a carton box around that. It matters more for a present than for a self-purchase: the box is what it looks like when they open it, and the case is what stops the treated inner face of the lens meeting a jacket pocket on the way to the mountain.
What is on the goggle itself is the same whichever one you pick: a lens held by magnets, an Italian anti-fog layer on the inner face, UV400 on every lens in the range including the clear one, and an adjustable elastic strap with a silicone grip for wearing over a helmet. There is no version of the same goggle with a better lens in it at a higher price.
Ski gifts for men and women
Corlin does not make a men's goggle or a women's goggle, so a gift guide split by gender would be inventing a difference that is not in the products. Both frames are unisex and one size, and every lens and strap fits both. What is actually different between one present and another is the color and the shape.
So treat it as a color decision. Black and silver are the two that suit anyone; beige is the softer end of the range and orange the loudest, and on the lens side pink and revo orange are the ones people notice. Returns stay open for 30 days, shipping is free worldwide with UPS, and delivery runs 1 to 6 days. Once a return is sent back, Corlin states the process usually takes one to three weeks, and you are told by email when the refund has been issued. Every pair carries a one-year warranty.
Two practical notes for a present. Inside the EU and Norway there are no import duties and VAT is included, while orders to the US and the rest of the world may have duties and VAT to pay on delivery, which is worth knowing before you post a goggle to someone abroad.
