Unisex Sunglasses
Unisex sunglasses are frames designed to be worn by anyone, chosen by shape and size rather than by gender. Every Corlin sunglass is designed as unisex in our studio in Stockholm, from slim ovals to oversized aviators.

What are unisex sunglasses?
Unisex sunglasses are sunglasses designed for every gender, with no separate men's or women's version. The frame is chosen by how its shape and size suit your face, which is what actually decides whether a pair looks right.
At Corlin, every model is designed as unisex. Our men's and women's sunglasses are styling selections from the same range, not different products.

Why choose unisex sunglasses?
Unisex sunglasses give you the whole range to choose from, instead of half of it. Three things follow from that:
How to choose unisex sunglasses
Choosing unisex sunglasses comes down to shape and proportion. Start with the expression you want, then check that the size suits your face.
| Frame | Shape | Expression | See more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Louis | Slim oval | Quiet and minimal | Slim sunglasses |
| Selma | Soft round oval | Soft and light | Oval sunglasses |
| Ana | Slim oval with a cat-eye lift | Sharp and graphic | Cat-eye sunglasses |
| Todd | Round | Classic and easy | Round sunglasses |
| Jean | Slim rectangle | Clean and straight | Rectangle sunglasses |
| Gelo | Oversized aviator | Bold and confident | Aviator sunglasses |
| Jimi | Square | Defined and classic | Square sunglasses |

Is there a difference between men's and women's sunglasses?
The difference between men's and women's sunglasses is mostly size and styling. The lenses, the materials and the UV protection are the same, whichever way a frame is marketed.
Unisex does not mean one size fits everyone, though. A frame that looks balanced on a large face can overwhelm a small one, and the other way around. That is why size matters more than gender when you choose.
If you have a small or narrow face, start with our slim sunglasses. If you have a large or wide face, start with our oversized sunglasses.
Questions about unisex sunglasses
Are Corlin sunglasses unisex?
Yes. Corlin designs its sunglasses as unisex, so every frame can be worn by anyone. Our men's and women's collections are styling selections from the same range, not separate products.
Can women wear men's sunglasses?
Yes. Women can wear sunglasses sold as men's, and men can wear sunglasses sold as women's. What decides whether a pair works is the size and shape of the frame against your face, not who it was marketed to.
What is the difference between men's and women's sunglasses?
The difference between men's and women's sunglasses is mostly size and styling, not function. Frames marketed to men are often wider and straighter, and frames marketed to women are often smaller or more curved, but the lenses and the protection are the same.
Which unisex sunglasses suit a small face?
Slim frames suit a small face best, because they keep the proportions in balance. Ana, with a lens only 29 mm deep, and Louis are good places to start. See all slim sunglasses.
Which unisex sunglasses suit a large face?
Wider frames suit a large face best, because a small frame can look lost on it. Gelo and Lana are both oversized acetate frames. See all oversized sunglasses.
Do unisex sunglasses have UV protection?
Yes. All Corlin acetate sunglasses have UV400 lenses, which block UVA and UVB radiation up to 400 nanometers. The protection is the same whichever frame you choose.
Can I return unisex sunglasses from Corlin?
Yes. Shipping is free, and you have 30 days to return sunglasses from Corlin, so you can order two pairs and compare them at home.
