Bernard Brown Gradual Blue

Bernard Brown Gradual Blue sets blue gradient lenses in a brown bio-acetate front. It is the one Bernard where lens and frame are drawn from different palettes.

The lenses fade from dark blue at the top towards near-clear at the bottom. The aviator shape is rounded and generously proportioned, with Corlin's C at the temple tip. Designed in Stockholm.

The lens measures 54 mm across and 45 mm deep, in our oversized fit, with UV400 protection against 100% of UVA and UVB rays. A faux-leather case and a carton box are included.

Are the lenses polarised?
No. Bernard has CR39 lenses with a blue gradient and UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

Which face shapes does Bernard suit?
Oversized is our largest fit, so Bernard needs a medium to larger face to sit correctly. The rounded aviator softens angular features.

What is the frame made of?
Bio-acetate, a plant-based acetate. Bernard is cut thicker than our other frames, which gives the front its sculptural depth.
