Designer Sunglasses from Stockholm
Corlin is a Swedish eyewear brand, founded in 2017 and designed in our studio in Stockholm. Our acetate frames are made from Mazzucchelli acetate from Italy, with German OBE hinges and CR39 lenses with UV400 protection.

What are designer sunglasses?
Designer sunglasses are frames drawn by a design team rather than copied from a standard model, made in better materials than mass-market sunglasses. The difference shows in the shape, the weight of the acetate, the hinges and the lenses.
Every Corlin frame is designed in Stockholm. Our acetate frames use Mazzucchelli acetate from Italy, German OBE hinges and CR39 lenses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

Designer sunglasses from Sweden
Corlin was founded in Stockholm in 2017. We design every frame ourselves and keep the range focused, so each shape has a clear role: slim ovals, cat-eyes, squares, rectangles and aviators.
Every frame is unisex. Choose by shape and size rather than by who a frame is marketed to. Read more about our unisex sunglasses.
Why Italian acetate?
Acetate is a plant-based material made from cellulose. It is cut from sheets and polished, which gives deeper colors and patterns than injection-molded plastic. Our acetate fronts come from Mazzucchelli in Italy.
Tortoise is where acetate shows the most depth, in frames such as Selma, Jean and Carpi.
Hinges and lenses
The hinge is where a frame wears first. Our acetate frames use hinges from OBE in Germany, built to open and close for years.
The lenses are CR39, a light optical material, with UV400 protection that blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
Designer sunglasses for women and men
Selma, Celeste and Rey are popular with women, Gelo, Todd and Alex with men, but every frame is unisex. See also men's and women's sunglasses.
