Description

Carpi Black Black is the 1960s oval reduced to a silhouette: black acetate, black lenses, and nothing else to read.

The material is Mazzucchelli acetate from Italy and the hinges are German OBE. The CR39 lenses block 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Designed in Stockholm.

The oval measures 52 mm across the lens and 37 mm deep, in our standard medium fit. A faux-leather case and a carton box are included.

Carpi has our standard medium fit and works on most faces. The soft oval softens angular features, and the wider 22 mm bridge helps if narrow frames tend to pinch.

Are the lenses polarized?

How do I adjust or care for my Carpi?
If they feel too tight or loose, warm the temples in warm water for 10–20 seconds, bend gently and let them cool. Store them in the case and clean the lenses with a microfiber cloth.
