What are round glasses?

Round glasses have lenses with a round or almost round shape and no clear corners. The shape softens straight features and suits square faces and faces with a strong jawline especially well. Who do round glasses suit?

Round glasses suit faces with straight lines best, like square faces with a wide forehead and an angular jaw. The soft shape creates balance and takes the edge off angular features.

Round frames also work well if you have a heart-shaped or diamond-shaped face, especially light metal models. If you have a round face, it is the other way around. A round frame emphasizes the roundness, and a rectangular or square frame usually adds more structure.
