Alex Tortoise Green

Alex Tortoise Green sets green lenses against a tortoise front. It is the coolest of the six Alex colourways and the one with the most contrast between frame and lens.

Mazzucchelli acetate from Italy, German OBE hinges, and CR39 lenses with UV400 protection against 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Designed in Stockholm.

The square measures 54 mm across the lens and 41 mm deep, in our standard medium fit. Comes with a faux-leather case and a carton box.

Are the lenses polarised?
No. Alex has green-tinted CR39 lenses with UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

Which face shapes does Alex suit?
Medium is our standard fit, so Alex works on most faces. The squared front adds definition, which reads well on round and oval profiles.

Can the fit be adjusted?
Yes. Warm the temples in warm water for 10-20 seconds, bend them gently inwards or outwards, and let them cool to hold the new shape.
